What do I need to know?
I’m offering a 1-day session where I can provide you with the support you need to build your very own effective social media strategy. This isn’t designed to be an intensive 8-hour training session. That would cause information overload! I also understand that you have a business to run, where things may come up that need your attention during the day. So this service is flexible and would fit around your other commitments.
I’ll start the session by outlining how to get started in building a social media strategy. You will then have the time to focus on these next steps. The great thing is, you’ll have expert support at the click of a button, as we’ll use a simple (and free) text and voice messaging app called Voxer. I’ll use this to answer any questions, share tips, provide recommendations, share useful information and more.
What is Voxer?
Voxer is a simple to use and free messaging app. It’s basically like WhatsApp but helps to keep everything more professional. Messages can be sent as short text-based messages, or as voice notes, whichever you prefer or feel most comfortable with.
What’s great about Voxer is that it creates a really relaxed dynamic. You can work at your own pace and ask questions as they come to mind, rather than saving them up to write a formal email or arranging a full 60-minute consultancy call. I can also consider your questions carefully and come back to you with more thoughtful replies.

I will take some time to familiarise myself with your business and any social media accounts you already have. I will also be in touch before our session to outline how the day will go, so you’re clear on what to expect.

On the day of our session, I’ll suggest some actions and leave you to follow these next steps. I’ll be here to answer any questions via Voxer. Replies don’t need to be instant, so we’re not tied to our phones all day, but I will be available to help you between 9am and 5pm.
